The challenge

For several years, Global 4 has managed InMusic Europe’s telecommunications, ensuring their business stay connected across multiple locations. Recently, InMusic decided to upgrade their existing phone system to the industry0leading 8×8 solution after a detailed demonstration ad competitive proposal from our team. However, the onset COVID-19 lockdown caused an unexpected delay, forcing InMusic to put their plans on hold.

Their existing Samsung OfficeServ solution didn’t support remote working without forwarding calls to a single number, limiting their ability to maintain customer communication. This posed a significant risk to their operations as they could no longer provide the seamless support their customers were accustomed to.

The solution

Understanding the critical nature of InMusic’s situation, we reached out with a timely suggestion: to deploy the 8×8 telephone system remotely. This solution would allow InMusic to reopen their phone lines and enable their team to work from home without disruption.

With InMusic’s approval, Global 4 worked quickly to install and configure the new system for all 40 users, addressing their unique programming requirements with care and precision.

The results

Thanks to the rapid installation of the 8×8 system, InMusic Europe was able to resume their telephone operations without missing a beat. Their staff, now working remotely, stayed connected through video conferencing and instant messaging, while customers continued to receive the high levels of support they had come to expect.
